THE UNIVERSITY STRATEGIC PLAN
The NC State Facilities Division is an active partner in The Pathway to the Future: NC State’s 2011-2020 Strategic Plan. Our focus is on Goal 4: Enhance organizational excellence by creating a culture of constant improvement. Our work will center on:
- Being the best stewards of the university’s space resources
- Updating the NC State Physical Master Plan
- Tracking and trending energy management results through Key Performance Indicators Establishing a Utility Enterprise
